Suneisha L. Williams
BIO
YOUR GEORGIA AND MISSISSIPPI ATTORNEY
Attorney Suneisha L. Williams, founder and managing attorney of S. Williams Law Firm, LLC, has dedicated her practice to exclusively representing workers’ compensation and personal injury victims. She was born in Chicago, raised in Mississippi, and relocated to Atlanta in 2013. She graduated magna cum laude from the University of Mississippi (“Ole Miss”) and cum laude from the University of Mississippi School of Law.
Attorney Williams possesses a quality that separates her from most attorneys – the ability to truly place herself in her clients’ shoes and understand their perspective. At the age of 19, while in undergraduate school, she was injured in an automobile accident due to the negligence of another driver. Although she was in excruciating pain, confused, and frustrated because the insurance company was giving her the run around, Attorney Williams eventually navigated the legal system and successfully obtained a settlement for herself that included compensation for her property damage, medical expenses, and pain and suffering.
Licensed to practice law in Georgia and Mississippi, Attorney Williams began her legal career at a notable criminal defense firm where she gained exceptional and unmatched trial experience by trying cases multiple times a week in front of juries. Her courtroom presence has been described as “aggressive yet charming and relatable.” She then began using her impeccable negotiation and trial skills, combined with her competitive and compassionate nature, to prevail against insurance companies and large businesses, recovering millions for her clients.
Attorney Williams has extensive experience representing injureds in a broad range of civil litigation matters, including workers’ compensation, personal injury, auto, bus, and trucking accidents, premises liability, nursing home abuse and neglect, and wrongful death. She has successfully handled matters at all levels of litigation from hearings before the State Board of Workers’ Compensation to civil suits in state and federal court, including the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.
A member of the Workers’ Compensation and Personal Injury sections of both the State Bar of Georgia and Mississippi State Bar, Attorney Williams has vowed to protect and fight for her clients.
When she is not in depositions, mediations, trials, or advocating for her clients, Attorney Williams spends her time with family, traveling to different countries, giving back to the community, and mentoring others.
