From Filing an Insurance Claim to Filing a Lawsuit, We Will Fight For You.

Steps to Follow After an Accident:

(1) Assess your injuries. Your health and safety should come first. If you are seriously injured, wait for paramedics to arrive to ensure that you are examined and treated.

(2) Contact the police and obtain a police report. If you do not require immediate transport to a hospital, do not leave the scene until the police arrive and provide you with a police report number.  This is one of the most important things to do after any accident.  Without a police report, determining liability could become difficult.

(3) Take photographs. Take photographs of your vehicle and the other vehicles involved. You should also take photos of your injuries if they are visible.  Because conditions change, it is extremely important that you take pictures to support your version of the accident.

(4) Locate witnesses. Obtain the names and contact information of anyone who witnessed your accident. They could be extremely helpful in proving your case.

(5) Seek medical attention immediately. Any delay in seeking treatment could potentially affect your case. Even if you believe your injuries are minor, visit a doctor so that you can be examined and treated, especially since some injuries worsen as the days go by.

Automobile Accidents

Georgia and Mississippi personal injury laws can be complicated. Thus, mistakes made after an accident can be costly and detrimental. We are well-versed in Georgia and Mississippi injury law and can offer invaluable advice and legal representation in order to help you prove the elements of your case.

Truck Accidents & Bus Accidents

Truck accidents and bus accidents typically lead to more severe injuries and are very complex. Choosing the right law firm with the necessary resources, skills, experience, and knowledge to assist you in recovering the compensation you deserve is extremely important.

DUI and Hit & Run Accidents

It is a crime to drive under the influence (DUI) of alcohol or drugs or to flee the scene of an accident. DUI and fleeing the scene are not only illegal but they are highly shunned in our society.

Punitive damages, which are damages meant to punish behavior, are rarely available in personal injury cases.  However, in Georgia and Mississippi, you may be entitled to punitive damages if you can prove that the liable party acted with malice or with gross negligence demonstrating a reckless or intentional disregard for your safety.  Drunk driving accidents and hit-and-run accidents are two examples of scenarios in which an injured party may be entitled to an award of punitive damages.

Bicycle & Pedestrian Accidents

When hit by a car, bicyclists or pedestrians can suffer severe or catastrophic injuries because they do not have airbags or other safety devices to shield them from injuries like motorists. We can help prove that the driver was not paying attention and help obtain the monetary compensation you are entitled to as a result of the driver’s negligence.

Motorcycle Accidents

Motorcycle accidents are dangerous because motorcycles lack the physical protection and safety features, such as airbags or seatbelts, that vehicles have. Like bicyclists and pedestrians, motorcycle riders are vulnerable to severe harm.

Uber & Lyft

Ridesharing has become such an integral part of our daily lives from commuting, shopping, going to the gym, or visiting friends and family. With Uber and Lyft becoming the two fastest growing companies in this segment, the potential for accidents has increased. Due to their larger insurance policies, the insurance companies can be a hassle. While you focus on your physical and mental recovery, we will fight for your financial compensation.
